Processing Orders

Each order status will be shown by a separate section on the dashboard. Each step shows the process of the order from the point of purchase to the point of delivery.

  • On your LIVE ORDERS, click DETAILS. It will directly show you the order details from your customers. As shown below, you can see when the order is placed by the customer, Order, Delivery address and also Price including Delivery charge.

  • Scrolling through the bottom of the view, you as a store can click on the ACTIONS button provided ; REJECT or ACCEPT.

  • Next, click on the accept order and you will be redirected to the ORDERS section. As you can see below, the ACTIONS status is PREPARED. Click on the PREPARED if the orders are ready to go with your rider.

  • After the order has been delivered by your rider and the payment has been mad by the customer, click on the DELIVERED.

  • Lastly, don’t forget to click CLOSED the order after all actions have been made from both side.
