Payment Methods
There are a limited number of payment methods that you can accept in your shop.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Cash: When placing a reservation or picking up an order, you can accept cash payments from your customers.
Transfer via bank account: With bank transfer, your customer will make a direct transfer of the funds to your bank account from their own. Write down your instructions on how they should compensate you. In order to complete the transfer, they will be asked to attach a proof of payment or receipt. Please keep in mind that we are unable to check any of the information on the payment proof, including whether or not the proof is authentic, so you must ensure that the payment is actually transferred to your account directly.
E-Wallet: When customers use a smartphone app to scan a QR code, you can receive payment without having to provide your bank account information. The use of a payment terminal instead of performing an electronic money transfer at the point of sale is an option.
We may add Payment Gateway in future, subject to demands.
WHERE AND HOW TO SET PAYMENT?
On the STORE section, scroll down until you see ACCEPTING PAYMENTS. There you can insert all the payment information as per example below. You can directly choose to state either you only accept CASH ON DELIVERY or only ONLINE TRANSFER. Don’t forget to include together the ACCOUNT NUMBER and ACCOUNT DETAILS.
At the end of the section, you will see a SAVE button. Click SAVE and you are good to go.
